Scaling your storage shouldn’t be complicated or overly expensive. Designed as Step 2 of our modular longspan system, this Add-On Bay hooks straight into your current layout. High-density particle board timber decks drop neatly into step-down beams, sitting completely flush so you can slide archive boxes, storage tubs, tools, and heavy inventory along the entire row without snagging.

All horizontal beams feature safety locking pins to ensure they remain securely seated, even under heavy upward impact during daily hand-loading operations.

Complete 3-Shelf Tier Configuration

Each Starter Bay comes equipped with three complete shelf levels out of the box. Every level includes two precision step beams, safety locking pins, and a heavy-duty particle board insert. Shelf levels adjust up or down in 50 mm increments, allowing you to tailor spacing for tall cartons, tool chests, or compact parts tubs. Need higher picking density? Additional tier levels can be purchased separately at any time.

• Heavy-Duty Step Beams: Recessed step-down profile designed to hold chipboard inserts flush.
• High-Density Particle Board Decks: Smooth, heavy-duty timber shelf boards cut to size.
• Safety Locking Pins: Steel safety clips to lock beams securely in place and prevent accidental dislodgement during hand-loading or forklift operations.

Note: Please allow for the External Bay Length when measuring your floor space to account for the width of the upright frame legs.
