It combines an ergonomic, heavy-duty 900mm-deep main work deck with a bottom storage shelf and two stepped-back overhead tiers to maximise vertical storage without crowding your primary workspace.
The main benchtop and bottom shelf are 900mm deep, while the two overhead shelves are stepped back to 460mm deep. This stepped-back profile provides plenty of head clearance and unobstructed line-of-sight while keeping packing cartons, tape dispensers, parts bins, documents, and tools within natural arm's reach.
The workstation has an overall unit height of 2000mm with a standard 900mm standing benchtop height. Every tier is fitted with 18mm high-density raw particleboard decking. The steel step-beam profile encloses the edges of the timber completely, creating a flat, snag-free work and storage surface that stops cartons, tools, or hands from catching on exposed metal edges.
Yes. All beam levels adjust up and down in 50mm increments along the slotted upright frames. This allows you to customise shelf spacing for tall packing cartons, parts organisers, or benchtop equipment as your operational needs evolve.
Assembly is fast and straightforward because the upright end frames arrive pre-assembled and welded. There is no need to bolt frame pieces together on-site—simply connect the step-beams into the upright slots at your required heights, secure the safety locking pins, and drop the flush 18mm particleboard panels into place.
